Prompt to start job

I created a job 3 days ago and didn't check on it until today. Turns out it never ran.
I guess we need to press the START button after creating a job.
Maybe have a pop up when saving a new job that asks if we'd like to Start it. If we say YES, it auto starts.
Alternatively, just prompt with a notice along the lines of, "The job won't start until you press the Start button."
