The ability to move your jobs up or down the list. So for example you can have all your current jobs at the top. OR the ability to hide jobs from the list. Maybe you do not want to delete the job but its an old one you don't want to see right now. So you can look at a clearer list of jobs in your preference order. Also colour codes on the tags would be nice Xx
