How about allowing us to create folders to better organize our jobs? The search feature helps but folders would be a nice addition.

Agree that folders would be excellent. With 80+ jobs in several niches, dozens of cities/states/countries the tagging system is a lot of work to maintain. Folders would be a game-changer in general job management.

Hey Keith, this is something that has come up and we implemented tags instead to give more flexibility.
Is there a reason that this is needed over and above tags so I can understand if we need to look further into this.

Tags are good and that's probably sufficient. The advantage of folders is that you can easily scan and browse, whereas with tags, you have to remember the tag name and type it to get to what you're looking for.
