When you schedule a new job, no matter the schedule time, allow a checkbox - to be checked, OR auto force the initial, 1st time run to be instant.
for me, I want to see any data, asap :)

Hey Larry, You can do this is the Run Profile, Custom section where you can set the job to run every minute.
