Fixed Headers on Pop ups

When we click on the various reports, a window pops up over the dashboard.
A long list scrolls and when it does that the header (with the column headings and the close button) scrolls off the page.
So, then if we want to close the window, we have to scroll all the way back to the top.
Can we have that header fixed in place so it always shows even when scrolling down a long list?

We've resolved this slightly differently. Clicking out of the form closes it now so you don't have e to scroll.
