Advertiser Keyword View

This feature would show all the keywords and positions that the advertiser ranked for. The CSV file would have one row for each advertiser/keyword combo:

I would also like to see the position in maps for an advertiser/ keyword combo. I know Invisible doesn't do anything with maps, but this info would be useful for prospecting and upsells.
